1. Coverage Scope

This legal protection policy covers only the named policyholder listed on the policy document. Family members, spouses, children, companions, or third parties are not covered unless they hold a separate policy or the selected plan explicitly includes family coverage.

2. Coverage Period

Coverage is active only during the specified travel start and end dates. Cases cannot be opened outside the active coverage period.

3. Policy Activation

The policy activates upon confirmed payment. No coverage is provided for unpaid or pending orders.

4. Eligibility

Policyholders must provide accurate traveler information including full name and passport number. Fraudulent information voids coverage.
